Puga Mujica habilitó una plataforma de denuncias (Ley 20.393 y Ley 21.643) cuyo objetivo es recibir todo lo referido a infracciones a normas internas (políticas y procedimientos), irregularidades o ilícitos y otros temas relacionados a la probidad y ética.

Este canal de denuncias funciona las 24 horas y todos los días, pudiendo mantener su anonimato y la absoluta confidencialidad de todo lo denunciado, únicamente con la ley 20.393.

De ninguna forma,  la empresa podrá tomar represalia contra la persona que de buena fe cree una denuncia.
